The History of New Hope
New Hope was founded in 1980. The initial meeting consisted of just 38 people.
Ralph Diehl served as Interim Senior Pastor until January 11, 1981, when he was unanimously selected as permanent Senior Pastor. Since that time, Pastor Diehl has continued to pastor New Hope through his steady leadership. In 1996, New Hope built a new facility at its current location, and five years later, the building was expanded to include a much larger office complex, a large multipurpose room, and nine additional classrooms.
New Hope is a movement of Christians in every generation dedicated to making disciples who make other disciples. We share life together through small groups and Bible studies. With dynamic worship we connect with God in our Weekend Worship Services. We impact our world through local outreach and global mission.
Today, New Hope is a member of CMI Global and the National Association of Evangelicals.
